MAC Collection/Haul ♥

Hello girlies <3

I've been building up my MAC collection over the past 6 months or so but with MAC products being quite pricey it has taken me a little bit of time to get going! My aim for my...somewhat starter kit of MAC products was to have a kit consisting of products that I would be able to wear on a day to day basis with some pops of colour included.

I currently own 2 lipsticks, 2 mineralize blushes and a cutomized eyeshadow quad :)

Left to right without quad: Mineralize blush in warm soul, Lipstick in brave, Lipstick in saint germain and mineralize blush in gentle

Quad: Top row left to right - swish, all that glitters
Bottom row left to right - naked lunch, woodwinked

Swatches: Lipstick in brave and mineralize blush in warm soul

Swatches: Lipstick in saint germain and mineralize blush in gentle

Eyeshadow swatches L-R: Naked Lunch, All that glitters, Woodwinked , Swish

Lipstick (Brave)
Brave is a satin finish lipstick from MAC therefore meaning that it is slightly shinier than a matte finish and are more hydrating than matte lipsticks. Brave is Pinky beige colour that can be used as an everyday lipstick as it is a suttle, natural, your lips but better colour. In my opinion brave is a versatile lipstick that can be used on a variety of skin tones from paler skin tones, olive skin tones, mixed race skin tones up to darker skin tones!

Mineralize blush (Warm Soul)
Warm sould is a medium toned beige colour with reflects of gold glitter/shimmer. In my opinion it could double up as a highlighter as well as a blusher as it gives the face such a warm glow. I love this product and think it would be perfect for the summer as it gives that bronzed healthy glow which is gorgeous on all skin tones!

Lipstick (Saint Germain)
I adore this colour! It's a beautiful pastel barbie pink which is a really daring colour to wear but I try to as much as I can just to set me out of my comfort zone. Saint germain is an amplified creme lipstick meaning that its really soft and creamy and super pigmented...WOOOO! In my opinion this colour would suit more paler/warm skin tones rather than olive/dark skin tones!

Mineralize blush (Gentle)
Gentle is a raspberry pink blush with gold pearl reflects and gives a beautiful flush of colour to the cheeks. It is quite pigmented so watch out when applying you dont need to much product (as they say a little goes a long way) I use this product on a day to day basis and think that this would suit pale-olive skins tones.

Eyeshadow (Swish)
Swish is a beautiful bright pink colour with a hint of shimmer throughout the shadow. Swish is a frost finish which as I just mentioned means that it has small glitters throughout the shadow.

Eyeshadow (Naked Lunch)
Naked lunch is a beige/pink very natural colour. Its super easy to wear on an everyday basis (as i do) and looks gorgeous all over the lid. Naked lunch is also a frost finish and contains glitters.

Eyeshadow (All that glitters)
All that glitters is a gorgeous beige colour (about 2/3 shades darker than naked lunch) that contains gorgeous gold pearl reflects throughout. All that glitters is a veluxe pearl meaning that its extra shimmery and applies easily to the lid.

Eyeshadow (Woodwinked)
Woodwinked is a beautiful antique gold colour (also a veluxe pearl) however one reason why i love this colour is that it almost changes colour if applied all over the lid! Its difficult to explain but put it this way if worn all over the lid, it doesnt just look like one colour but around 3 different colours blended together! Absolutely stunning!!

I hope you all found this interesting and I would highly recommend you check out MACs products if you havent done so already! I love my products and think that they are well worth the money as they last a long time!

If you have any more ideas on blog posts let me know
